  1. Request an Exchange

    To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team at adorefashiongarment@gmail.com within 3 to 4 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Note that exchanges are permitted only once per item.

  2. Ship the Item

    Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

  3. Receive the New Item

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the new item. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

  4. Inspection and Approval

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, the exchange will be processed, and the new item will be sent to you.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at adorefashiongarment@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, including shipping costs.
